课程简介
Emphasis on nutrition education and counselling skills is important in the educational progress of future nutritionists.
It requires a combination of nutritional expertise and psychological understanding for nutritionists to work in clinical or community settings.
Well-developed nutrition education and counselling programs have been shown to reverse issues related to dietary adherence.
In this unit, the students will explore the psychological theories and health models that underpin the understanding of human health behaviours, development of nutrition education and counselling skills.
