课程简介
In this unit, you will explore a broad range of current topics in nutrition, addressing both local and global contexts. You will also seek recent scientific evidence to debunk nutrition claims commonly found on social media. Throughout the unit, you will evaluate contemporary nutrition issues and synthesise evidence to support or challenge current nutrition practices. You will develop the ability to appraise scientific literature from reputable sources, integrate evidence, and communicate your findings effectively for both academic and public audiences.
