课程简介
The Technology transfer and commercialisation unit explores the processes and strategies involved in transferring biotechnology innovations from research institutions to the market. The course covers key aspects of technology transfer, including intellectual property management, licensing, start-up creation, and commercialisation strategies for biotechnology. You will gain insights into the roles of various stakeholders, the legal and regulatory environment, and the practical challenges of bringing new technologies to market. By the end of the unit, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to facilitate and manage the biotechnology commercialisation of technological innovations effectively, including strategic planning, negotiation skills, and understanding market dynamics.
