课程简介
In this unit, you will engage with contemporary media and communication theories. As communication is a fundamental element in any industry or context in society, you will explore ways we can think critically about the world around us in order to better understand it. - whether it is our jobs, politics, sports, or other socio-cultural phenomena. The various theories covered will focus on the different elements in the communications process, such as theories on the audience, medium, text, and more. These different foci will highlight distinct ways of interpreting any media environment.
