课程简介
You will work under the guidance of an academic supervisor to plan, carry out, and report on an original research project that addresses a significant topic in business and commerce. This research project, which leads to a major thesis, contributes to the body of knowledge for business scholars, practitioners and/or policy makers. This unit prepares you with the necessary knowledge and skills that pave the way for higher degree research or a career in the specialised field of study and beyond.

- ULO1 identify a business or economics-related issue in the research literature which has either not been adequately researched previously or which requires replication

Research activities - This unit allows you to develop your research skills by engaging in structured inquiry using a systematic approach and discipline-specific methodologies.
预期工作量
Minimum total expected workload to achieve the learning outcomes for this unit is 576 hours per semester typically comprising a mixture of scheduled learning activities and independent study. Independent study may include associated readings, assessment and preparation for scheduled activities. You are expected to complete all pre-class activities prior to your scheduled class, and post-class activities should be completed after your scheduled class. Learning activities may include a combination of teacher directed, peer directed and online engagement activities.
